offers an opportunity to support K-12 students as a
Paraprofessional, Speech Aide, or School Teacher in a part-time,
contract role from March through May 29, 2026. The position is
based in Semmes, AL, serving multiple campuses within Mobile County
Public Schools, including private schools and Forest Hill
Elementary (K-5). Hours range from 20 to 35 per week, flexible to
align with the speech-language pathologists schedules. Key
Responsibilities: Provide direct support and assistance to students
in K-5th grade within classroom or speech therapy settings
Collaborate with teachers, speech-language pathologists, and staff
to facilitate student learning and communication goals Assist in
implementing educational plans under professional supervision
Support multiple school sites, demonstrating adaptability in an
itinerant role or within a specific elementary school setting
Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen Local
candidates preferred with the ability to travel among assigned
schools Two professional references required Prior experience in
education, paraprofessional roles, speech-aide duties, or teaching
preferred Ability to commit to a contract role during the specified
dates Successful completion of pre-screening and district interview
