Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide expert speech-language support to elementary students in a dedicated on-site role within a vibrant school environment located in Mobile, AL. This contract position offers the opportunity to work full-time during the current school year, serving a K5 student population with diverse communication needs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school guidelines. Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities as required. Qualifications and Experience: Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) credential required. Registration with the Alabama Board of Speech Examiners is mandatory. Experience working with elementary-aged children (K5) preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and school teams. Ability to work on-site as part of a collaborative school staff. Location and Schedule: Position located at an elementary school in Mobile, AL. Full-time schedule, approximately 35 hours per week. Contract duration from March 2025 through May 29, 2026.
