Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An
opportunity is available for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist
to provide essential services to K5 students at an elementary
school in Fairhope, AL. This contract position runs from March 2025
through late May 2026, offering 35 hours per week of direct service
within a supportive school environment. Key Qualifications and
Experience: Valid registration with the Board of Speech Examiners
in Alabama is required Experience working with early childhood and
elementary-aged students (K5) Familiarity with school-based speech
therapy protocols and educational collaboration Effective
communication skills to work with students, families, and educators
Ability to carry a caseload and conduct evaluations and
individualized therapy plans Responsibilities include: Delivering
speech and language therapy services to students with communication
disorders Conducting assessments, developing individualized
treatment plans, and monitoring student progress Collaborating with
teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support
student success Maintaining accurate records in compliance with
school and state regulations Participating in meetings and
professional development as needed Location: On-site at an
elementary school in Fairhope, AL, serving one school with K5
